Excellent4.9Excellent66 reviewsPosted on GoogleArt Pacheco2 October 2026Daniel was Amazing thru the whole process answer every question we had and kept us up to date thru the sell!!Posted on GoogleJohn Mark Hopper29 September 2026Daniel was a true professional to work with coordinating the sale of a home for his client. We ran into a few challenges in the sale of the property and he made collaboration and communication easy to get the deal done!Posted on GoogleJoe Detnerski28 September 2026They made a difficult time easier to deal with, would recommend to anyone looking to sell a house as is.Posted on GoogleDerek Kats20 August 2026I’ve worked with them as a Realtor listing agent as well as a buyer. Both sides were very smooth for me but it was the Seller who was the real winner with a quick hassle free sale. We’re in Nebraska we’re trust is earned not given and working with out of state companies is rare in conservative small town Nebraska. Daniel and his team made it feel like they were neighbors helping the sale!Posted on GoogleMiles Agee8 August 2026A 10/10 experience across the board!!! Alex and his team know how to treat their clients right and they’re the only type of organization I would ever work with. If you’re in need of a quality company to help sell your home look no further!!Posted on GoogleTom Green22 June 2026Fast and friendlyPosted on GoogleCarolyn Luomala22 May 2026I was VERY skeptical at first because the offer and process seemed too good to be true. I had tons of questions for Arthur and Daniel and they were patient, professional, and walked me through every step. BD Homebuyers handled the sale of my parents’ home from start to finish and made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly easy. They coordinated with the realtors, the estate sale team, and title company, and the home was sold in a matter of weeks. The best part was I didn’t even need to be there which was amazing. Arthur, Daniel, and the BD Homebuyers team did exactly what they said they would do. They were honest, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple, professional, and trustworthy way to sell a home.Posted on GoogleJennifer Smith20 May 2026Highly recommend BD Homebuyer. They were excellent to work with and incredibly proactive from start to finish. I had some initial hesitations, but their constant communication and great follow-through made the entire transaction seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.Posted on GoogleDamaris13 May 2026Gracias a Daniel Villarroel por la ayuda pues por ser hispana y no tener el idioma inglés me ayudó a completar la venta de la casa. BD Buyers si te puede ayudarPosted on GoogleChristine Sweeney5 May 2026Everything through BD homes was excellent. Can't control buyers but they were excellentPosted on GooglePa Girl31 March 2026Wonderful experience! At first I was skeptical about using a company I found online. After talking to Arthur, and checking reviews on the BBB as he suggested, I accepted his "very fair price" for my house. He explained the upcoming process, clarified things for me, and respected my quirks and requests (having OCD and still living in the house, I wanted everyone who would go into my house to remove their shoes). Daniel was my point of contact for all the scheduling. He did a great job keeping me informed and working around my schedule. There was a misunderstanding about what was going to stay with the house, but it was cleared up in my favor. In the end, I only had to wait three days for my settlement payment. I highly recommend BD Homebuyers.Posted on GoogleLogan Mango18 March 2026Worked with Daniel on selling a property, and he was very communicative and professional, I look forward to doing more business with him!Posted on GoogleNeena Ciferri5 March 2026I had the opportunity to work with Daniel and his team on two recent transactions, and they did a great job throughout the entire process. Both deals came with their fair share of challenges, but Daniel and his team handled everything professionally and proactively. They worked closely with the sellers to make sure deadlines were met, and their communication and problem-solving kept everything moving forward.Posted on GoogleBetsy Harbold24 February 2026Was the list agent. Daniel, was always available to discuss our deal. Got the home settled within 2 months. Highly recommend his service.Posted on Googlechristina leventakis3 February 2026Arthur and Daniel were wonderful to work with. My situation was difficult and needed to be handled fast: I didn’t get the amount I was expecting or hoping for but that was not due to them but they did everything possible. They both stayed in constant communication with me (even when I would bother them on a weekend) and were such a big help handling a lot of the situation. Very professional and friendly I appreciate them!Posted on GoogleAshleigh Green14 January 2026Good communication, clear processes. Good experience. Thank you!Posted on GoogleRick Hogan13 November 2025BD Homebuyers made the whole process quick and stress-free, delivering exactly what they promised. Their team was professional, honest, and great to work with from start to finish.Posted on GoogleCharlie Higgins24 October 2025I would like to say I was at dire straits with our situation, the VA was not helping us for our disability we had faught for several months to keep things going, but was unable to meet the standard. So we thought we were going to have tile for a foreclosure until we found Daniel and Alex at bdhomebuyers, they were our life savers, first we tried to let them sell the home for us, but that did not work out the way we had hoped, but they came through with flying colors!! Found a family that would end assuming our VA loan which I might say is a lengthy process, they stood behind us all the way and helped us with every difficult situation and walked us through the process. In the end we able to find a family to purchase the home through that process and close after the assumption process, and did not have to foreclose, thus having us to file bankruptcy. All in all Daniel and Alex were such a great help and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to sell their home, or even need assistance with selling or buying. Thank you BD homebuyers and Daniel !Posted on GoogleMalcolm Stewart15 October 2025Made the process as simple as possible. Aurter and Daniel went above and beyondPosted on GoogleShannon Dudley14 October 2025These guys are very nice, very helpful, and very professional! They helped me alot through the entire process of selling my home, and answered every question! They always responded to calls and texts immediately! I even sometimes felt as if I was being bothersome to them, but they never let me feel that way. They always said it was no bother at all, and I could get ahold of them anytime I needed something. I highly recommend them if you are trying to sell your home especially if you want it sold quickly! I would definitely use them again!Posted on GoogleNatasha Anderson, Realtor11 October 2025I really enjoyed working with Daniel in helping a seller get his property sold quickly here in Bellevue Michigan. Njce people helped me in every step of the way. Thankyou! Arthur Bd home buyersPosted on GoogleReece2 January 2024I was desperate, stressed and about to lose my home to a tax lien, Alex said.... Let me make that better and he absolutely did. He took the process from a stressful nightmare situation to a stress free peaceful process. He not only listened to my concerns, he HEARD them and kept every promise he made and went above and beyond my expectations of good service and I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are fair, honest and they follow through. 5 stars is not enoughPosted on GooglePeter Deneault7 December 2023I didn’t know what I was going to do. My uncle suddenly took sick and was not able to return to his house following his illness. I live 200+ miles from him and had to sell his house as he had moved into assisted living. I contacted BD Homebuyers and they took care of everything. There were a few hiccups along the way, for example historic rain caused basement flooding the day before the buyer’s inspector was scheduled to inspect the property - BD Homebuyers stepped up and arranged to have the basement pumped out and dried. I don’t know how I would have managed the selling process from such a distance without their help. Arthur and Alex were there every time I, or the vacant house, needed something. I am forever grateful to them and would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.Posted on GoogleRobert Medrano6 December 2023Alex is amazing. Very calm, polite and knowledgeable. Would work with Alex again.Posted on Googleanita carmichael26 September 2023Y'all was very generous it was nice dealing with you allLoad more
