I’ve worked with them as a Realtor listing agent as well as a buyer. Both sides were very smooth for me but it was the Seller who was the real winner with a quick hassle free sale. We’re in Nebraska we’re trust is earned not given and working with out of state companies is rare in conservative small town Nebraska. I was VERY skeptical at first because the offer and process seemed too good to be true. I had tons of questions for Arthur and Daniel and they were patient, professional, and walked me through every step. BD Homebuyers handled the sale of my parents’ home from start to finish and made what could have been a very stressful process incredibly easy. They coordinated with the realtors, the estate sale team, and title company, and the home was sold in a matter of weeks. The best part was I didn’t even need to be there which was amazing. Arthur, Daniel, and the BD Homebuyers team did exactly what they said they would do. They were honest, responsive, and made the entire process smooth. Everything through BD homes was excellent. Can't control buyers but they were excellent
